The Hadley Park House Hotel are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our organisation. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and a friendly demeanour.
*Duties*
* Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
* Answer and direct phone calls promptly
* Manage emails and correspondence
* Perform data entry tasks accurately
* Maintain office cleanliness and tidiness
* Assist with clerical duties as needed
*Experience*
* Experince with Rezlynx preferred
* Strong organisational skills
* Excellent phone etiquette
* Previous experience in a hotel reception role is desirable
Job Type: Part-time
