Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Secretarial/administrative qualifications or over two years of experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
* Experience in providing administrative, operational, and secretarial support, including stock takes and retail trackers
Your Responsibilities:
* Escalate complaints immediately to the Spa Manager, providing full details
* Maintain feedback trackers with guest feedback and coordinate responses from the Spa and Leisure teams
* Keep up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and events
* Organize and maintain an effective departmental filing system for easy access by the management team
* Update records, generate reports, and optimize system usage to support department objectives
* Ensure adequate supplies for department operations, managing store requisitions and purchase requests
