Project Coordinator - 6-month Contract - Northampton (2x per month) / Hybrid
Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Support Officer / Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of CRM and digital transformation initiatives, including Dynamics 365 projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong coordination, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced project environment.
Previous experience of working with Dynamics CRM is desirable but not essential.
The role will require the Project Support officer to visit the clients Northampton site twice a month and occasionally visit the London office.
Working closely with the Project team the Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting project planning, governance, and delivery. The Project Coordinator will ensure projects remain on track by maintaining schedules, monitoring progress, and providing clear, accurate reporting to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities / Skills
* Experience of assisting with the planning, scheduling, and tracking of project activities to ensure delivery against agreed timeframes
* Experience of maintaining and updating project plans and schedules
* Experience of tracking project progress against timelines, budgets, and deliverables
* Experience of preparing and maintaining project status reports, dashboards, risk and issue logs
* Experience of proactively communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to a range of stakeholders
* Experience of updating and maintaining project information within Azure DevOps (or similar e.g. Jira) where required
* Experience of Coordinating project meetings, workshops, and events, including agendas, minutes, and actions
* Experience of supporting Project Board and Project Team meetings
* Experience of assisting with the preparation of presentations, briefings, and communication materials
* Experience of Identifying potential project risks and issues and escalating appropriately
* Experience of supporting the onboarding of new project team members
* Experience of ensuring adherence to project governance, quality assurance, and compliance processes
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Experience producing project reports, dashboards, and documentation
* Confident working with multiple stakeholders
* Familiarity with CRM systems, Dynamics 365, or Azure DevOps (desirable)
* Excellent communication and attention to detail
