Position Overview
As our International Business grows, the demand for high-quality internal training and education increases across EMEA. To meet these demands, we are expanding our team.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Training and Medical Education lead to manage physician education programs, manage expert physician partners, and contribute to the development and execution of future Medical Education activities.
This role involves working with external stakeholders including Interventional Cardiologists, General Cardiologists, and General Practitioners with interest in Refractory Angina, as well as internal stakeholders from various functions such as Senior Management, Marketing, Sales, and Distributor Partners.
Collaboration and a positive, proactive attitude are essential for success. If you are experienced in managing physicians and medical education initiatives, this could be an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic business.
Key Responsibilities
* Planning and delivering medical education programs and events
* Attending medical education programs across Europe
* Managing and tracking honoraria and budgets
* Developing partnerships with external stakeholders
* Aligning Medical Education activities with marketing strategies
* Implementing latest trends in Medical Education
* Performing administrative activities
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in business, science, nursing, or related fields, or equivalent experience
* Experience supporting interventional or surgical procedures in a hospital OR industry, hospital-based life sciences, or sales support experience
* Experience planning and executing Medical Education events
* Interventional Cardiology or Interventional Radiology experience preferred but not essential
* Effective collaboration across functions
* Attention to detail and quality
* Organizational skills and good prioritization
* Knowledge of interventional products and procedures
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Critical thinking skills
