As our Brand Ambassador – Fragrance, you play a critical role in driving sales performance and elevating brand presence across a multi‑brand fragrance portfolio. You will deliver exceptional service, meet commercial targets, and act as a trusted fragrance expert, consistently representing Coty brands with passion, professionalism, and pride.
You will be reporting to the Fragrance Business Manager, and you will manage:
Drive sales performance
1. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
2. Maximise selling and upselling opportunities
3. Deliver strong commercial results through expert customer engagement
Represent Coty brands
4. Act as a brand ambassador across a multi‑brand fragrance portfolio
5. Protect and elevate brand equity in‑store
6. Adhere to Coty uniform, grooming, and brand standards
Execute in‑store excellence
7. Maintain high visual merchandising standards
8. Follow VM and brand guidelines consistently
9. Ensure counter standards are met at all times
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As an experienced Brand Ambassador – Fragrance, you thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused retail environment and enjoy representing multiple brands. You are confident on the shop floor, commercially driven, and passionate about delivering memorable fragrance experiences.
10. Proven experience within the fragrance or beauty industry (collection experience beneficial)
11. Strong sales background with experience working to KPIs and targets
12. Passion for fragrance, luxury, and brand storytelling
13. Ability to build strong relationships with customers and in‑store teams
14. Confident use of digital tools (iPad, reporting, communication)
15. Near‑native level of English
