As an Income Officer, you will manage and maximise income for our client's organisation, overseeing accounts receivables, housing income, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will ensure accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes.
You will also contribute to supporting vulnerable individuals and families, ensuring they have safe and affordable housing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and manage rent arrears, taking appropriate action to maximise income and minimise losses
2. Conduct regular reconciliations of income and financial records
3. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations
4. Collaborate with internal departments for accurate invoicing and payments
5. Assist in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Experience in accounts receivables, housing income, and financial management
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Proficiency in financial systems and software
4. Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
5. Effective communication and collaboration skills
