We need experienced support workers who can hit the ground running. This is fast-paced, frontline work helping people move off the streets, into safe accommodation, and stay, there based in the High Wycombe and Aylesbury areas.
You’ll provide intensive, person-centred support, helping clients with tenancy sustainment, mental health, substance misuse, financial stability, and community integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Rapidly support rough sleepers and those at risk of repeat homelessness
Provide practical, intensive support to sustain accommodation
Advocate for clients with housing providers, local authorities, and support services
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential case records in line with contractual and organisational requirements
You’ll need:
Experience supporting people facing homelessness, rough sleeping, or complex needs
Confidence working independently and managing a varied caseload
A calm, practical, non-judgemental approach
Drivers with access to their own transport are essential
