Job information PA to Divisional Director of Operations from the Company Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust, this latest PA to Divisional Director of Operations job vacancy is located in the city Basingstoke located in the country United Kingdom. The successful candidate will provide full secretarial and administrative support as part of a larger Business Support team.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, reliable, has exceptional organisational skills and used to working with senior colleagues in a busy environment. Experience of working as a Personal Assistant in a busy setting is desirable with the ability to multi-task. You will be an experienced administrator, be adept at problem-solving and have excellent communication and people skills.
Job Responsibility:
* Arrange and attend formal meetings including the preparation and distribution of agendas, collation of papers, chasing of actions and minutes as well as supporting the preparation of reports and business cases to support the division.
* Manage the diaries of the Divisional Director of Operations and the Deputy Director of NAHP - OPMH & Liaison and act proactively where potential clashes/pressures are identified.
* Set up office systems, databases and procedures to ensure that all documents can be retrieved easily.
* Convert tabular information into a spreadsheet and graphical format and administer any relevant databases.
* Undertake research on request, ensuring appropriate documentation is readily available and work collaboratively with other corporate administration teams on request.

Qualifications
* RSA III or Word Processing or experience to produce documents to this standard
* High level of knowledge equivalent to Senior Secretarial
* Certificate/Diploma or equivalent practical experience
* English Language GCSE or equivalent
* Maths GCSE or equivalent experience
Experience
* Relevant work experience in a PA/secretarial role to a senior manager
* Experience of working as part of a collaborative team with shared cover arrangements
* Experience of working without direct supervision
* Experience of working in an environment under pressure and to strict deadlines
