At Avondale Foods Ltd we are recruiting for a Weekend Order Processor. This role is fast-paced and requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication. Shift Pattern; Saturday and Sunday 07:00am-15:30pm What you will do; Updating internal AX system with customer orders received Communicating order issues or concerns with external customers and updating their systems, in accordance with the agreed protocols in place. Running MRP system and making amends when required. Update product set ups when required. Support the planners with order amends. Support the despatch department with system updates and paperwork. Contribute to the development of a culture of Integrity, collaboration do the right thing approach in all interactions. Ensure Food Safety compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements to remain audit-ready at all times. What we need from you; Excellent standard of verbal and written English with strong communication skills 1-year experience in a similar role Proficient in the use of computerised information systems Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
