EA Associates are working with a respected high quality housebuilder based in Bury St Edmunds to find a reliable, hands-on Administrator to join their close-knit team. This is a varied role where no two days will be the same. You’ll be getting involved in everything from general admin and document control to customer care and supporting the directors behind the scenes. What you'll be doing: * Handling day-to-day admin tasks to keep the office running smoothly * Organising and keeping on top of project documents and records * Dealing with customer queries and making sure they’re followed up properly * Supporting the directors with admin, scheduling, and coordination * Communicating with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors as needed What we're looking for: * Someone with previous admin experience (experience in the constructionindustry is a real bonus!) * Organised, with a good eye for detail * Confident communicator who’s comfortable dealing with different people * Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems * A team player who’s happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in You'll be joining a supportive and down-to-earth team in a company that builds high-quality homes and has a strong reputation locally.
