Account Executive / Graduate – Rickmansworth
Up to £28,000 + benefits | Full-time
A growing full-service agency is looking for an Account Executive to join its client services team and support the delivery of integrated marketing and media campaigns.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career – whether you’ve gained experience through an agency role, internship, placement year or relevant university course – and are looking to build your career in a fast-paced agency environment.
You’ll work closely with senior team members, gaining hands-on experience across campaign delivery, client communication and media activity, with strong support and clear progression.
The Role
You’ll support the day-to-day delivery of campaigns across a range of clients, helping ensure projects run smoothly and on time.
Client & Account Support
* Assist with day-to-day client communication and coordination
* Prepare contact reports, status updates and meeting notes
* Support the team in delivering campaigns that meet client objectives and deadlines
Project & Campaign Delivery
* Help manage timelines, schedules and internal workflows
* Liaise with internal teams across media, creative, strategy and performance
* Support campaign administration, budgets and project tracking
Media & Performance
* Assist with the implementation of media campaigns across digital, print and broadcast
* Work with the performance team to monitor campaign activity
* Support reporting by gathering data and preparing campaign summaries
Creative & Content
* Help brief internal teams and coordinate creative delivery
* Support quality checks and ensure assets are delivered on time
About You
* Some experience in marketing, media or agency environments (role, internship, placement or graduate scheme)
* A relevant degree in Marketing, Media, Business or similar (or equivalent experience)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communication and a proactive, positive attitude
* Eager to learn and build a career in agency client services
* Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
