My client is actively seeking senior-level talent in operations. They operate under a partner umbrella with three distinct brands currently in the group, with two more set to launch soon. They are specifically interested in candidates who have experience managing multiple brand concepts under one overarching structure — ideally, those who have successfully brought such concepts to market.

My client owns several successful restaurants across London and is looking to hire a Head of Operations to oversee all current sites (8 in total) and lead their upcoming expansion plans, which include an additional 2 sites. You will report directly to the MD and coordinate with the Head of Food, Head of Beverage, and Head of People, all of whom will report directly to you.

Essential Requirements:
1. Ability to coordinate a head office
2. Experience managing general managers across multiple sites
3. Proven track record in growing restaurant groups from small to medium size (3-10 outlets)
4. Familiarity with the London restaurant scene
5. Strong leadership skills
6. Excellent financial acumen
