About The Role: Duties & Responsibilities: To carry out the Building Fabric PPM Delivery, including the associated remedial works, in a timeous manner to meet the SLAs of the contract. These tasks will include but are not limited to: Fire Door Maintenance. Final Fire Exits Ensure all site documentation is maintained correctly. To assist with the M&E PPM Delivery, including the associated remedial works, in a timeous manner to meet the SLAs of the contract. To carry out reactive repairs to the site as required in a timeous manner to meet the SLAs of the contract. These repairs will include but are not limited to: Joinery Work Plasterboard repairs Minor Decoration Works, e.g. washing down and painting of small rooms, corridors and walls. Liaise with the Technical Manager to ensure that service delivery is provided in the proper manner and that all work is well coordinated. Skills & Knowledge: City & Guild, apprenticeship in Joinery and / or relevant experience in building fabric maintenance. A strong working knowledge of Health & Safety principles including Risk Assessment, COSHH etc. A pro-active attitude. Excellent planning skills. Good IT/computer skills. Excellent communication skills including verbal and the written word. The ability to form relationships with clients and to exceed customer expectation. Approachable demeanor and a demonstrable commitment to team working. Consistently works to a high standard and looks for ways to improve current working practices and processes to meet the needs of the business. High levels of self-motivation, technical inquisitiveness, enthusiasm, and commitment A commitment to continuing professional development in relation to themselves.
