Overview
The Marketing Programmes Analyst will support the Marketing Programmes team in developing and delivering high‑quality incentive programmes to promote Kia UK’s retail sales. The role includes reviewing all insights on retail and finance performance, managing competitor analysis, and communicating offers via quarterly Marketing Programmes Guides. This unique position allows collaboration across Marketing and Sales teams to improve sales performance and create marketing assets for the Kia UK dealer network.

Responsibilities
Specific duties include reviewing retail and finance data, managing competitor analysis, preparing quarterly Marketing Programmes Guides, and drafting marketing assets used across the dealer network. You will support the team in delivering incentive programmes that drive retail sales growth.
Qualifications
* Highly numerate and detail‑oriented.
* Excellent knowledge and experience of Excel.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Natural self‑starter with ability to work independently and in a team.
Desirable Qualifications
* Up to two years’ experience in an analytical or numerical role.
* Experience with SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, Loyalty Marketing, Google Analytics, Pardot, attribution modelling, pivot tables, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Visualization, Tableau, customer segmentation, market research, analytics.
