Our Building Services division provides complete Facilities Management of properties throughout the UK, providing mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering and grounds maintenance on a planned and reactive basis, using technological solutions to manage our teams in the most efficient ways.
We are looking for an Administrator Coordinator to join the team on our Kent County Council project based in West Malling, Kent.
The purpose of the role will be to working within the Contract & Performance team, this key role will provide an auditing, administration, and management reporting support function for the KCC - Building services contract, with a particular emphasis on Quality Assurance activities on the project.
What you'll do:
* Administration for all QA and auditing activities across the site
* Document control for QA and auditing
* Conduct and support contractual audits
* Administration support for the Contract & Performance Team; this will include business reports and trackers
* Preparing reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
* Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
* Understand and advise on contractual reporting requirements
* To manage excellent relationships with the client, our suppliers, and other partners within the contract.
* Promote and maintain the Skanska Values.
We’re looking for:
* Experience using CAFM
* Office Administration background
* MS office experience essential - especially MS Excel
* Document control.
* An awareness of ISO9001 would be desirable.
* Keen to develop QA knowledge by attending ISO9001 Introduction course if required and then ISO9001 auditing course.
* Team Player
* Have work pride, ethos, positive attitude and the ability to preserve confidentiality.
