We are looking for a Volunteer to join the Health and Safety team at RDaSH to support the day to day running of the Health and Safety Team by providing administrative support. Minimum commitment of 2 days. Please find attached role description for more information. The volunteer is required to work within the list of tasks identified as follows: Responding to enquiries in a polite manner and ensuring an appropriate response is initiated. Organising and booking health and safety inspections for Health and Safety Officers. Chasing outstanding actions / recommendations from inspection reports with service contacts. Logging the information received and updating the Excel database. Logging and filing (electronically and manually) risk assessments.
