In this dynamic position, you will work with a supportive team in a fantastic medium-sized, successful chartered accountancy firm, handling a diverse client portfolio. This role is perfect for someone eager to become a Director or Partner in the near future.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a varied client portfolio spanning sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies, each with distinct turnovers, sizes, and complexities.
* Oversee and provide OMB client accounts and tax advice, including planning.
* Review Ltd company, sole trader, and partnership accounts and tax work.
* Direct Client contact.
* Contribute to the practice's marketing efforts.
* Participate in shaping the strategic direction of the practice's future.
* Supervise and manage staff.
Requirements
Accountancy Practice Manager / Partner Designate Maidstone £50,000- £65,000
* Possession of ACA/ACCA qualifications with a minimum of 5 years in a practice setting.
* Previous roles as a Manager or Senior Manager or Partner within an accountancy practice, showcasing your depth of expertise.
* Experience in client management, people management, or business development would be advantageous.

Requirements
You will be ACA/ACCA or qualified by experience with at least 3 years experience within practice. You will have worked as Semi Senior or Senior accountant within practice Experience of Iris and cloud software such as Xero/ Quickbooks would be advantageous
