Business to Business Customer Service Administrator

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our Customer Service team. The Business Administrator will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations, and supporting the business's overall success. This is a full-time position.

Job Summary: The successful candidate will perform data entry, maintain accurate records, communicate effectively via email and telephone with team members, clients, and suppliers, assist with managing job schedules, provide excellent customer service, and handle inquiries, orders, and complaints.

Responsibilities:

* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
* Communicate effectively via email and telephone with team members, clients, and suppliers
* Assist with managing job schedule for our manufacturing team
* Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries, orders and complaints
* Support sales efforts by upselling products or services when appropriate
* Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:

* Minimum three years of experience working in a busy commercial office environment
* Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication skills)
* Proficient in data entry and confident working with numbers. Good basic maths skills are essential.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Can handle time-critical tasks and a constantly changing workload during the day
* Professional communication: Knowledge of phone etiquette, excellent grammar, concise and precise email writing.
