Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and deliver innovative education programmes supporting Advanced Wound Management across the UKINOR region.
* Work closely with marketing and medical education teams to design customer‑focused learning experiences that respond to evolving market needs and differentiate Smith+Naphew.
* Implement blended learning technologies, including gaming and hybrid models, and help establish a visiting therapy centre.
* Drive effective use of the Learning Management System to support education delivery.
* Build strong partnerships with healthcare providers and societies, identifying and developing thought leaders and educators to promote safe and effective use of AWM therapies.
* Manage logistics, coordinate faculty agreements, and ensure all programmes comply with local regulations.
* Collaborate across teams to share insights, align strategy, and ensure the education offering remains impactful and relevant.
Location: Hybrid (remote or onsite) based out of Watford or Hull with travel across the UKINOR region.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business or a related field.
* Proven experience in medical education or a related field within medical devices, wound management, or clinical settings.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across teams and geographies.
