Your Role
1. Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across banking & capital markets.
2. Translate requirements into functional/technical specs, logical designs, and user stories.
3. Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies for data-driven initiatives.
4. Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and data models for technology teams.
5. Perform data profiling, validation, and regulatory reporting analysis.
6. Facilitate workshops and maintain structured documentation throughout delivery.
7. Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams in Agile environments.
8. Collaborate with data engineers, product owners, QA, and PMs for end-to-end solution delivery.
