The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Admin Apprentice to join our Administration Team at Sheffield team. This role is ideal for individuals looking for their first job and to gain valuable experience in an office environment while contributing to the smooth operation of our administrative functions. The role will be key in supporting daily office activities, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication within the team. You will achieve a L2 business administration NVQ and must be able to apply yourself diligently to any course work.
Duties
* Provide administrative support to the office.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
* Assist with sending out letters for appointments.
* Telephone support, answering the telephone in a professional and timely manner.
* Coordinate with the team and customers to schedule appointments.
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information
You will:
* Be a quick and willing learner
* Be able to use Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Be a good communicator
* Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* be reliable and have good timekeeping and attendance

· Starting pay will be in line with national apprentice rates.
· Hours of work approx. 37.5 per week, usually 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday with a 30 minute lunch break
