Accounts Client Manager
Overview
Are you an ambitious Accounts Senior or established Client Manager in the B&NES / South West area? Clark Wood, accountancy practice recruitment specialists, are working with a highly regarded and forward‑looking firm of chartered accountants in Bath who are looking for an Accounts Manager / Client Manager to join their team.
As an Accounts Manager / Client Manager, your role involves managing a diverse portfolio of clients that includes small‑medium limited companies, sole traders and partnerships across a wide array of business sectors. You will act as the primary point of contact for your clients and ensure that all associated work for them is completed accurately and efficiently. The firm can boast an excellent reputation across the region and offers a platform to progress into a key member of the Business Services team.
Apart from client management, you will be responsible for managing and assisting in the development of junior staff, providing support where necessary and reviewing their work.
Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure work is delivered accurately and efficiently.
* Manage and support junior staff, reviewing their work and providing guidance.
* Build and maintain successful working relationships with multiple clients through strong communication skills.
Qualifications & Experience
* ACCA/ACA Qualified or QBE, with strong general practice experience.
* Practice experience essential.
