You'll also lead major cross-functional projects, including the rollout of a refreshed performance management framework, a global communications strategy, and enhancements to reward, recognition, and benefits. A large part of this role is overseeing daily team operations, collaborating with senior leaders to align people initiatives with business goals, and presenting monthly reports to the board featuring key people metrics. The role also includes responsibility for Health & Safety and Compliance, with occasional travel to remote sites.
