What will you do?
1. Leverage your deep understanding of industrial equipment and asset management to optimize outage timelines, planning processes and resource allocation.
2. Collaborate closely with maintenance, technical teams and two direct reports to ensure seamless execution of all outages and major maintenance activities.
3. Develop standards and support teams in ensuring equipment inspection and test plans and return to service checks are of the highest quality.
4. Support teams in the application of lifecycle assessments and budgets – using these to influence future decision making.
5. This role can be based in any of our Energy Recovery centres.
What are the requirements?
6. Minimum BEng level education (or equivalent experience) with extensive background in industrial maintenance.
7. Demonstrated knowledge of industrial processes and asset management principles (planning, standardisation, life cycle management).
8. Understanding and qualification in health & safety principals and project management is beneficial but not essential.
9. Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time, including potential overnights to support ongoing outages.
10. A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
