This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2days per week in our WhitwellontheHill office. Due to the beautifulremote location access to your own transport is essential. Role:
The purpose ofthis role is to oversee the development and execution of emailmarketing campaigns andCRM (Customer Relationship Management)strategies to engage and retain customers or clients. Theprimarypurpose is to leverage email communication and CRM platforms tonurture leads build brandloyalty and drive conversions.Responsibilities include crafting compelling email contentsegmenting emaillists designing automated workflows and analysingcampaign performance metrics to optimise results. TheEmail& CRM Marketing Manager aims to enhance customerrelationships increase brand awareness andultimately contribute tobusiness growth and revenue generation.Youll also help to ensurethat we hit our company targets to halve our CO2 emissions by 2030and be part ofa business ensuring that we maintain our exceptionalcustomer service scores.
* Play anactive role in our Group CRM development. Testing and learning withoursister brands to maximise the potential of ourtechnology.
* Identify key customer segments andtailor strategies to address their specific needsandpreferences.
* Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to ensure alignment of CRM initiatives withmarketing salesand customer service efforts.
* Evaluate CRMplatform performance & technologies to ensure Inntravel isgetting themost out of its systems
* Work closelywith IT and other stakeholder to implement and integrate CRMsystemswith other tools and databases
* Takedaytoday responsibility for email scheduling delivery reporting andcampaignselections using Emarsys andApteco/Fastats.
* Own email performance beingaware of our commercial focus as a driverforcampaigns.
* Develop automated workflows& triggerbased communications to support all aspectsof thecustomer journey and manage the customer lifecycle owning the emailtestplan and proactively suggest ways to optimise emailperformance.
* Ensure our content is consistentwith the business focus and set targets foreveryemail.
* Monitor email best practice andshare this within the business.
* Grow our emaildatabase using CRM tactics through all available channelstoincrease the volume of highqualitycontacts.
* Segment customers based ondemographics behaviour purchase history and otherrelevant factorsfeeding this information into other channelsowners.
* Define KPIs and metrics to be sharedwith the wider business
* Prepare regular reportsand dashboards to communicate insights trends andrecommendations tostakeholders.
Person:
* Experienceof endtoend email campaign planning and execution: includingsettingobjectives segmentation scheduling andmonitoring.
* Design Awareness: Understanding ofbest practice design to collaborate with graphicdesigners andensure visually appealing onbrand emails.
* A/BTesting: Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies to optimise subjectlines content andcallstoaction for betterperformance.
* Data Analysis: Ability to analyseemail campaign performance metrics (open rates click through ratesconversion rates subscriptions) and derive actionableinsights.
* GDPR Compliance: Familiarity withemail marketing regulations and best practices to ensurecampaignscomply with relevant laws.
* Project Management:Coordinating with internal and agency teams to ensureseamlessexecution of campaigns.
* Tangiblesuccess: A portfolio showcasing successful email campaigns andtheir impact on keyperformanceindicators.
* Proficiency in CRM systems:Experience utilising and creating journeys using a CRMsystem.
