Company : Lynx Productions Location : UK-Based Remote (1 in-office day every 2 weeks – North West) Start Date : ~ September/October 2025 (depending on current project completion) Pay : £12.50–£25/hr (Depending on experience) Performance bonuses Long-term benefits About Lynx Productions Lynx Productions is a multi sector business which started off sourcing luxury clothing (2017 - 2022) now branching off into AI programmes. We are expanding into an early-stage creative AI agency helping businesses integrate cutting-edge tools to simplify customer service, automate communications, and elevate their digital presence. We’ve quietly grown to support 18 business clients across the North West, Yorkshire, and London. Now, we’re turning the spotlight on ourselves, building our own brand voice, content strategy, and online community. We have a project in development not only for businesses, but for personal use, expanding our user market. We have primarily been noticed through word of mouth and now looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Specialist to help us craft that voice and grow our presence across platforms online. The Role You’ll be the engine behind our upcoming and past project's social media content, ensuring we stand out with thoughtful, relevant, and sometimes playful messaging that reflects our mission and culture. What You’ll Be Doing Develop and execute social media strategies to boost engagement and brand awareness Create and manage short-form video, visual content, and posts for TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube Shorts, and more Stay on top of trends to keep our content fresh and relevant Collaborate with the team to promote projects, case studies, and service updates Respond to comments, DMs, and engagement opportunities professionally Track analytics, report on performance, and adjust strategy accordingly Answer client and customer queries along with other administrative work Drive customers to our website and boost sign ups Attend one in-person meeting every two weeks to share updates and plan ahead You’ll Be Great If You Have: Experience managing and growing social accounts (for a brand or yourself) Strong content creation skills – especially in short-form video and visual storytelling Tools you’re comfortable with: CapCut, InShot, Canva, Adobe Express, etc. A good understanding of business marketing, client psychology, and tone-shifting Not shy to be the face of our social media accounts with a personal touch of using your face and voice A curious, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently Bonus: Experience in AI, automation, or small business marketing (Preferably two years) What’s In It for You?
