* Analyse and evaluate bids to determine the most cost-effective supplier
* Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations
* Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers for future subcontracting opportunities
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure supply needs are met on time
* Manage and mitigate risks related to subcontracting
* Monitor market trends to identify procurement opportunities
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes
The Successful Applicant
A successful Buyer should have:
* Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial or manufacturing industry
