As a Facilities Manager, you will work with in-house teams and external contractors to ensure efficient facilities management across operational and tenanted properties. A key aspect of the role is supporting the implementation of our Facilities Management Strategy to optimise costs and improve service delivery.
Across your region you will be responsible for budget management, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards of service. A key part of the role involves effective budget management—tracking expenditure, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring services are delivered in a cost-efficient and high-quality manner.
You will also maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a safe working environment while making strategic decisions that drive operational excellence and long-term value.
