MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Controls Engineer on a Contract basis based in Belfast.
Controls and Automation Engineer responsibilities include providing on-site engineering support in a busy FMCG packaging production environment, with a focus on rapid response to breakdowns and delivering longer-term improvements such as root cause analysis, system backups, and team training.
Responsibilities
* Provide on-site engineering support in a busy FMCG packaging production environment.
* Respond rapidly to breakdowns and implement longer-term improvements such as root cause analysis, system backups, and team training.
Experience / Qualifications
* Siemens S7 (STEP 7 and TIA Portal).
* WinCC HMI configuration and troubleshooting.
* Strong fault-finding and electrical troubleshooting skills.
* Proven maintenance controls engineering background.
