Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Residential Care Worker based in Southport. The Residential Care Worker will be responsible for providing day‑to‑day support to young people, fostering a safe and nurturing environment. Responsibilities include implementing individualized care plans, assisting with daily routines, engaging in activities to promote personal development, and supporting educational and emotional needs. Qualifications
* Experience or knowledge related to child care, youth development, or social work
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
* Ability to handle challenging behaviors with empathy, patience, and resilience
* Organizational skills, including record‑keeping and attention to detail
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Understanding of child protection and safeguarding practices
