SE Health Occupational Therapists provide person-centered care, build rapport and trust with clients, and support progress in the home. You will join a diverse, collaborative, and supportive care team, applying your skills – and your heart – to serve a roster of clients in the community. You’ll use a client-centered approach to address physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs, making a difference in clients’ lives and gaining meaningful experiences in return.

Qualifications
* A graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and a member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
* Recent experience in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred
* Reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional able to work effectively with rehab assistants and a high-performance interdisciplinary team
* Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset
* Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
* Positive work and attendance record
* Ability to adapt to new computer applications
* This role follows a hybrid work approach with remote work and client-based rehabilitation settings
