Interim Accounts Assistant job with a technology company on a rolling contract basis in Edinburgh. You will support day-to-day finance operations within the organisation, reporting directly to the Finance Manager. You will be available to start immediately or in the next few weeks on a hybrid basis. Key responsibilities: Manage purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in finance systems Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and suppliers regarding any payment-related queries Prepare and process weekly and monthly payment runs Prepare and process invoices To apply, you will be an experienced Accounts Assistant or Finance Assistant.
