Were recruiting a Restaurant & Bar Manager to take full operational ownership of a premium steakhouse and cocktail bar within a leading 4-star hotel group in Lincoln.
This is a senior, visible role leading a high-volume operation with strong bar revenue, a large team and real commercial accountability.
Youll bring the pace, personality and leadership of high-street hospitality but apply it in a more polished, career-progressive environment.

Lead restaurant and bar performance end-to-end
Drive revenue through atmosphere, upselling and team engagement
Manage labour strategy, GP, stock and forecasting
Recruit, coach and develop future supervisors and managers
Deliver consistent brand standards in a fast-moving environment
Act as the key link between kitchen, senior leadership and front-of-house
Own the guest journey from first drink to last table
About You
Currently a Restaurant, Bar or Deputy Manager in a busy branded or independent high-street venue
Used to volume, cocktails, late trade and leading sizeable teams
Commercially confident you understand the numbers behind service
A floor-led leader who creates energy, accountability and culture
Passionate about premium casual dining and cocktail-led experiences
Ready for a role with more ownership, visibility and progression
