HLTA - Inclusion/Safeguarding/Attendance/EHA Salary: Grade F SCP 17-23 (£31,022-£34,434) Pro rata'd salary (£26,564 - £29,485) 37 Hours-term time + 5 days 12-month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave Required as soon as possible
The Role
* To work within the inclusion and safeguarding team to support students and families.
* To support Safeguarding Leads on the quality assurance of all Early Help Assessments.
* Take a lead role in the safeguarding team and to act as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.
* To support the year teams with the transition of all students with EHA's through all key stages.
* To facilitate and lead targeted interventions as part of the school's Early Help offer for families.
* To work closely with the Safeguarding Lead to overview and evaluate CPOMS.
