Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in London. You'll be part of a growing delivery team, reporting to the Performance & Strategy Lead, with direct exposure across a portfolio of premium clients from day one. The core of this role is paid social execution, primarily Meta, with activity across TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Google Ads. You'll own campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting across multiple accounts.
As you build confidence in the model, you'll take on more ownership and contribute directly to how we improve performance for clients. This role is designed for someone early in their career who wants to accelerate quickly. You'll get real responsibility fast.
What You'll Be Doing
* Setting up, managing, and optimising paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
* Monitoring performance and making optimisation decisions with pace and precision
* Building clear performance reports, spotting what's working and what isn't
* Contributing to client communications and campaign reviews as you grow into the role
* Keeping up to date with the latest in marketing and advertising relevant to our clients — AI, ad tech, partnership innovation
What We're Looking For
* Hands-on exposure to Meta Ads is essential — experience across TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or Google Ads is a plus
* You think about performance in terms of outcomes, not just clicks and CPMs
* Curious about what's driving results and motivated to improve them
* Clear communicator, able to work well with both internal teams and clients
* Organised across multiple campaigns with different timelines and objectives
* This role suits someone proactive and comfortable working at pace
