Role: Financial Analyst EMEIA
As our Financial Analyst, you will assist with financial reporting & analysis for our EMEIA division. A key focus of the role will be business partnering with our key functional teams as well as supporting finance-led projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your forecasting and budgeting experience to improve data efficiency and accuracy.
You would also:
* Collaborate with the Divisional Director & Head of Financial Control to enhance financial reporting and strengthen relationships between local businesses and divisional functions.
* Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closings, ensuring accurate consolidation of results and addressing variances with justified explanations.
* Contribute to the development of Business Intelligence and automated Dashboard reports.
* Provide technical guidance on financial reporting packages, focusing on Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet per IFRS standards.
* Perform legal entity financial reviews, including balance sheet reconciliations, and assist in integrating newly acquired companies into the financial reporting system.

Minimum Requirements:
* University degree and ACA qualification (or equivalent) with strong knowledge of IFRS and local financial reporting standards.
* At least 5 years of experience in accounting, reporting, budgeting, balance sheet reviews, and cash flow management.
* Internal or external audit experience.
* Experience in Manufacturing or Engineering industries, ideally in an international environment.
* Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint), and financial systems (e.g., Hyperion, OneStream).
