What Makes This Role Meaningful?
As a care assistant, you'll provide one-to-one support to older adults in your local area to stay safe, independent, and connected in their own homes.
Your day might include:
* Assisting with morning or evening routines
* Light housework and meal preparation
* Help with mobility and personal care
* Medication reminders
* Running errands or attending appointments
* Offering companionship and conversation over a cuppa
Qualifications
Is This You?
You don’t need experience in care. Whether your background is in retail, hospitality, customer service, or something completely different — if you have a kind heart and a willingness to learn, we’ll support you every step of the way.
You will need:
* A valid driving licence
* Access to your own car with business insurance
* Availability for 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
