About the role
The Recruitment Advisor is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day recruitment activities, including providing recruitment advice and solutions to service users on a range of recruitment process and procedures related enquiries.
The Recruitment Advisor supports the Business Support Manager (Recruitment) in establishing processes and systems of work within the Staff Bank Recruitment Team and contributes to the NHS Lothian’s Recruitment Services agenda as necessary.
