* Plan, prepare, and deliver a range of play experiences that promote physical, intellectual, and emotional development.
* Ensure activities are based on children's next steps, observations, and interests within the EYFS framework.
* Support each child's self-esteem, confidence, and sense of competence.
* Model positive behaviour, treating children, families, and colleagues with friendliness, care, and courtesy.
* Stay informed about current issues, legislation, and best practices through regular training and workshops.
* Maintain hygiene standards in accordance with Caring Kindergartens policies.
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and proactive nursery environment.
Minimum Requirements:
* A suitable Level 3 childcare qualification recognized by the Department for Education.
* Good understanding of the EYFS.

* Understanding of safeguarding practices.
* Previous childcare experience in an early years setting.
* Clear DBS check.
* Ability to extend children's learning through high-quality activities.
* Ability to manage a group of key children.
* Good communication skills with adults and children.
* Commitment to reflective practice and self-development.
Benefits:
* A positive work culture that celebrates success and team achievements, fostering a family-like environment.
* A variety of discounts across high street brands, travel, utilities, and days out.
* Financial support for working parents, including a 60% discount on nursery fees.
* Time off over Christmas and New Year to spend with family and friends.
* Access to training platforms and regular check-ins to support your development.
* Opportunities for career progression within our nurseries through tailored development programs.
* Access to our NURTURE programme to prepare for future roles in Early Years.
* Ongoing health and wellbeing support, including an Employee Assistance Programme.
* An internal employee app to manage rotas, leave, access documents, and engage with team activities.
* Inclusive environment from Day One, ensuring equal rights and opportunities for all staff.
