Were currently recruiting for an SMT Operator to join a well-established manufacturing business, supporting the assembly of high-quality electronic products.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in electronics, assembly, or production environments who is looking to develop their skills within a supportive and structured team.
The Role:
* Supporting the SMT line and assembly of electronic hardware
* Working to detailed build instructions
* Assembling components, including work under a microscope
* Maintaining high standards of quality and precision
What Were Looking For:
* Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or electronics
* Basic understanding of electronic components (desirable)
* Soldering or cleanroom experience (advantageous but not essential)
* Strong attention to xsngvjr detail and ability to work in a team
* Good organisational and communication skills
