The Opportunity
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive structured training and support to develop into a successful specialist recruiter.
You'll learn how to:
Build and manage relationships with candidates and clients
Develop expertise within specialist sectors
Identify and attract top talent
Manage recruitment processes from start to finish
Generate new business opportunities
Become a trusted advisor within your marketThis is a role for someone who enjoys speaking to people, solving problems and being rewarded for their efforts.
