Primary Supply Teacher
Location: Crawley & Surrounding Areas
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days
Salary: Paid to scale (M1–UPS3) or £130–£150 per day
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)

We’re seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Teachers to join our supply team in Crawley and surrounding areas. Whether you prefer day-to-day cover or longer-term placements, we’ll match you with schools where your skills make a real difference.
Your Role Will Include:
* Delivering creative and engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
* Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
* Adapting quickly to different schools and year groups
* Supporting pupil progress and promoting positive behaviour
* Working collaboratively with school staff and following policies
What We’re Looking For:
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching across primary phases (EYFS, KS1, KS2)
* Strong classroom management and adaptability
* Reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to pupil success
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Ability to plan, deliver, and assess lessons effectively
