Mount Royal Hotel Edinburgh by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a charming and engaging Housekeeping Attendant with a passion for service excellence.
You will report to the Housekeeping Supervisor, working towards serving our customers and providing a memorable experience for our guests during their stay with us.
A Housekeeping Attendant will be responsible for:
* Ensuring all control measures set by HOD are followed all the time
* Demonstrate the ability to proactively prioritise need of the departments and effectively manage resources and time
* Be aware of housekeeping SOPs and Health & Safety procedures
* Demonstrating personal ownership of the tasks and follow through to get optimal results
* Assist with deep cleaning projects when required
* Perform turndown duties when required
* Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality service
To be successful in the role of Housekeeping Attendant, we require:
