Sales/Customer Service Administrator - Bury St Edmunds - £25-£28k (DOE)
We are currently seeking a Sales/Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our Bury St Edmunds based client. This role is perfect for a customer orientated individual, that is looking to be a part of a growing organisation with development opportunities available!
Salary: £25-28k (Depending on experience) + company bonus
Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:30am -17:00pm, 08:30am-16:30pm Friday
Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holidays
Role responsibilities:
* Provide assistance over the phone and over live chat to the companies customers, helping them navigate the website and advising them on products.
* Learning the companies products to ensure you are advising customers as best you can.
* Field incoming calls, distributing them to the correct member of the team.
* Research opportunities and leads in the market, forwarding them on to the Sales team to increase efficiency.
* Administration duties including logging calls and updating customer information.
* If you desire there would be opportunity to progress to get involved in outbound Sales!
