We are looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in managing client interactions, processing orders, and supporting the external sales force. Your impact Managing inbound customer inquiries and providing prompt, accurate sales support Qualifying and forwarding sales leads to the external sales team to drive new business Building strong, lasting relationships with installers, contractors, and distribution partners Accurately preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing CRM record Supporting sales targets through upselling and cross-selling opportunities Who you are Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management (HVAC or construction sector preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to understand and explain technical product information Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, SAP, or similar) Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive with a customer-centric mindset Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce/SAP) and MS Office Knowledge of HVAC products/systems or strong willingness to learn What makes us special Our employees are the key to make our vision come alive.
