Children Panel membership is preferred, but for the right candidate, full training and support will be provided to help you progress—and even prepare for accelerated partnership opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in family law, ideally 2–3+ years PQE (or qualified ILEX equivalent)
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Commitment to meeting targets and helping grow the team’s reputation and caseload
