Days: 8am – 8pm | Nights: 8pm – 8am
2-Week Rolling Rota:
Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday
Week 2 -Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

The Role
We are looking for a confident and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to lead and support a small care team while ensuring the highest standards of resident care are delivered at all times.
You will oversee the smooth running of your floor during each shift and play a key role in medication management, care planning, mentoring team members and supporting the overall wellbeing of residents.

What We’re Looking For
1. NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
2. Previous experience within a care setting
3. Strong leadership and communication skills
4. A warm, caring and professional approach
5. Passion for delivering exceptional person-centred care
