BMS Sales Manager – London GS Group has a client who are looking for a commercially driven BMS sales professional to lead growth across smart building and next-generation building management projects. The role: Drive new business across BMS installations, refurbishments & Smart Building integrations Build and develop relationships with M&E Contractors, Main Contractors & Consultants Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through tender, technical proposal, and contract award (£50k–£5m projects). Position smart tech solutions including energy optimisation, interoperability, occupancy data & AI-driven maintenance. Ideal background: Proven BMS sales / technical business development experience Comfortable discussing BMS & Smart Building systems such as: Trend / Tridium / Schneider, cloud & IoT solutions Hunter mentality with experience managing complex sales cycles Competitive base (in the region of £55,000 - £75,000, room for correct candidate) strong OTE car allowance Full details such as the lucrative Commission Structure & client strategy can be discussed directly.
