About the Role
We're looking for a professional and personable Night Concierge to join our team at RMG. As the first point of contact for residents and visitors, you'll be the welcoming face of the development, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the building remains a safe, secure, and pleasant place to live.

Grand Union, Wembley, Brent (HA0)
Rota
Nights - 4 on 4 off shift pattern - 7 PM to 7 AM
What You'll Be Doing
1. Providing a warm, professional welcome to all residents and guests
2. Conducting regular building checks and ensuring communal areas are clean and secure
3. Handling queries, complaints, and emergencies with calm and courtesy
4. Monitoring CCTV and managing visitor access
5. Managing deliveries and post in line with company procedures
6. Issuing and logging keys responsibly
7. Proactively addressing cleaning and maintenance issues
8. Ensuring bikes are stored correctly and issuing warnings for unattended ones

11. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
12. Honest, reliable, punctual, and well-presented
13. Able to use initiative and prioritise workload
14. Confident handling complaints and difficult situations
Desirable Extras
15. Experience with a reputable, market-leading developer
16. SIA, door, and/or CCTV qualification
17. Membership of a relevant professional association
