Coptrz are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance Team.

Working in an SME like Coptrz means you'll gain varied, hands-on experience across all areas of finance and the wider business. You won't be confined to one repetitive task — you'll be involved in everything from invoice processing to management accounts, credit control to cashflow, and even supporting facilities management. This variety will help you build a well-rounded skillset far faster than in a large corporate, while giving you real insight into how a business operates end-to-end. This is an office based role.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurate processing of supplier invoices in the financial accounting system with weekly production of the creditors list
* Daily bank reconciliations, including multi-currency transactions
* Weekly expense processing and credit card spend management ensuring all submitted are in line with policies
* Credit control and cash allocations with weekly production of debtor list
* Ledger account balancing and manual journal entries
* Assisting with VAT returns, management accounts, and cashflow
* Liaising with other teams to ensure reports and information are provided in a timely manner
* Fixed Asset register management
* Assisting with facilities management

Qualifications required

* AAT qualifications would be advantageous
* Or qualified by experience of at least 1 year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year
